Brehon Institute for Family Services & Vista Health Plans (Vista Healthplan) - Brehon House provides transitional housing for homeless pregnant women and their children and individualized health counseling and educational classes to promote self sufficiency. Healthy Families Leon is a community-based voluntary home
visiting program designed to help reduce the incidence of child
abuse and neglect and enhance a parent’s ability to create a stable
and nurturing home environment.
Broward Homebound Program
Vista Health Plans (Vista Healthplan) provides Support for the Subsidy Program
which provides homemaker, personal care and respite care
services to clients suffering from a variety of debilitating medical
conditions.
Vista Health Plans supports Broward House – Outreach programs for both HIV positive and negative individuals.
Vista Health Insurance also takes part in Camillus Health Concern -Medical and behavioral health services for the homeless in Miami-Dade County.
The Vista Health Plans (Vista Healthplan) Community Grants Program shares the mission of CHC and its dedication to support health care for vulnerable and uninsured populations.
